DMX started rapping around the late 1990s. He debuted his debut album It's Hot as well as Hell is DARK on the 19th of May, 1998. There were many albums released over his career, including... And And Then There Was X... again The Redemption of the Beast grand champ... The Great Depression Year of the Dog... The album titled...And It was X, was nominated by The Grammy award for Best Rap Album in 2001. In addition to his musical projects, he also appeared in films such as Lords of the Street Belly Top Five Exit Wounds Will Never Let You Go Alone the Bleeding Romeo Must Die Backstage Beyond the Law Lockjaw Rise of the Kulev Serpent and Fast and Fierce Death Race.
